Internship abroad during BHM — Dubai vs Malaysia experience?

Seniors who did their industrial placement abroad, how was it? Did the college help with visa and placement or did you arrange it yourself?

Did mine in Malaysia. College shared openings but visa paperwork was on me. Start documents at least 3 months early.
